Technology

The laboratory is down the corridor, not across the country.

Scanning, design, manufacture and fitting happen in the same building. That shortens turnaround and keeps the clinician and the technician working from the same information.

Intraoral scanning

A digital scan of the teeth and gums replaces impression trays for most restorative and aligner work, and the file is used directly in design.

CAD design

Restorations are designed against your own bite and facial proportions, and reviewed with you before manufacture.

3D printing

Approved designs are printed in our dental laboratory on site, then cured, finished and characterised by our technicians.

Digital radiography

Radiographs are taken and displayed immediately, so findings can be shown to you during the appointment.

Optical lens edging

Lenses are cut, coated and mounted in the practice, and adjustments are handled by the same team.

Shade and fit verification

Colour and fit are checked chairside, with the laboratory in the same building for immediate refinement.

In-house dental laboratory

Your veneer is designed, printed and finished in this building.

Most practices send restorations to an outside laboratory. Ours are produced on site, which keeps the design decisions with the clinician who treats you and shortens the time between scan and fit.

    Intraoral scan

A handheld scanner captures the teeth in three dimensions. No impression trays, no putty, and the scan is ready to work with immediately.

  2. 02

    Digital design

The restoration is designed against your own bite and facial proportions. You see the proposed shape before anything is manufactured.

  3. 03

    In-house printing

The approved design is printed in our laboratory on site, then cured and finished by our technicians rather than sent to an outside lab.

  4. 04

    Fit and refine

The restoration is tried in, the bite is checked and adjustments are made chairside — in the same building where it was made.

Treatment is planned digitally before anything is manufactured, so the shape and proportion are agreed with you first. Images are illustrative and individual results differ.
